What you will do

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with product development, production, and government requirements; manage purchase orders, supplier schedules, and long lead-time components.
• Establish FAR/DFARS/ITAR-compliant processes, support audits, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers; negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Analyze costs, manage risks, support make/buy decisions, and balance schedule/cost/quality.
• Implement ERP/MRP systems, processes, metrics, and reporting tools as company scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years supply chain/procurement/material planning in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with government contracts, FAR/DFARS/ITAR/CMMC, AS9100 standards.
• Experience managing long lead-time radar defense components and supplier qualification.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Nice to have

• Early-stage organization experience.
• ITAR/export-controlled environments.
• Proposal development (RFPs, RFQs).
• CPSM, CPIM, or similar certification.
