What you will do

• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and PLM (e.g., Arena) systems.
• Perform deep-dive analytics on supply chain data to provide high-level business insights.
• Define requirements and design workflows for first-generation products to ensure scalability.
• Maintain system hygiene as the single source of truth for financial and supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align systems with product design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or managing ERP and PLM systems.
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar data-heavy field.
• Experience with global supply chain and/or hardware financials.
• Proven ability to build and refine analytics and metrics for a new organization.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data dashboards.
