Salary: $100,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Review and release production work orders aligned to master schedule and milestones, verifying completeness, BOM, routing, and ECO incorporation.
• Manage production queue and flow by prioritizing based on materials, capacity, and deadlines; interface with engineers, supervisors, leads, and inventory teams.
• Develop and maintain Line of Balance tracking for radar subsystems, monitor progression, identify variances, and provide early warnings on slips.
• Generate schedule performance reports on release vs plan, cycle times, WIP aging, and trends in delays; ensure ERP/MES data integrity.
• Coordinate kitting, material availability, as-built verification, and cross-functional reviews for rework, surges, and audits.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (if required for program access)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years in production scheduling, control, or manufacturing planning.
• Experience with ERP/MES work orders, BOM/MBOM, routing, revision control, LOB tracking.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting; ability to coordinate across engineering, production, inventory.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, RF/radar, LRIP/rate ramp.
• Familiarity with serialized tracking, ECO/ECN, configuration control, PLM, capacity planning, lean principles.
