What you will do

• Collect and organize information about business development procedures.
• Analyze data and develop solutions to improve processes, particularly for expansion initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition and retention systems.
• Identify new growth and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement business development systems and procedures.
• Document analysis results and recommend organizational, procedural, and system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze business data and recommend process improvements.
• Ability to develop marketing and promotional initiatives.
• No direct reports; travel is not required.
