What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes and sprint commitment reliability (90%+) for 2-3 cross-functional software PODs.
• Eliminate team-level and cross-POD blockers with urgency, maintaining a visible impediment log.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage iOS/Android releases across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Enterprise and GitHub Copilot to optimize planning, documentation, and retrospectives.
• Report delivery health metrics including velocity, cycle time, and Definition of Done compliance to leadership.
• Coach teams toward higher autonomy, sustainable pace, and measurable quality improvements.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Agile Delivery Lead in software engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
• Technical fluency in mobile (iOS/Android), backend services, APIs, SDKs, and firmware.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude Enterprise or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience coordinating global development teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I or PSM II) are preferred.
