• Manage large multi-geo infrastructure support and end user services teams.
• Track and ensure SLA and KPI compliance for infrastructure operations.
• Implement advanced AI and Generative AI (GPT3) techniques to create intelligent automation processes.
• Develop analytics frameworks to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools and streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards in infrastructure design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large multi-geo infrastructure support and end user services teams.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS, Desktop, O365, Printers, Mobile devices, and User authentication.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts.
• Expertise in ITSM processes including Change, Problem, and Incident management.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is mandatory.
• Strong customer interfacing and team management skills.
