What you will do

• Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects, managing dependencies, risks, and milestones throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor portfolio health to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to design and execute go-to-market launch strategies.
• Support Alpha and Beta programs to validate scalability and customer experience.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in go-to-market, commercialization, and product delivery.
• Experience within Fintech, Payments, or POS systems.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of product operating models and SDLC.
• Legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or advanced certification.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based products.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
