Salary: USD $120,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead investor-facing materials including earnings support, Board presentations, and ad hoc analysis; translate performance into clear narratives for stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales leadership on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance tracking, and actionable insights for margin expansion.
- Scale FP&A processes, reporting, planning tools like Planful, and data quality improvements.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, build dashboards from complex datasets, and deliver variance analysis with recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years in FP&A, commercial finance, investor relations, or financial analysis.
- Strong financial modeling in Excel; experience with revenue forecasting, gross margin, or OpEx management preferred.
- Ability to handle large datasets; analytical mindset with accuracy and detail orientation.
- Strong communication for partnering with commercial and technical stakeholders.
