Focus on analyzing benefits data for insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing processes, and enhancing employee experience through communications and support.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Periodic travel to San Francisco HQ.

Salary: $89,800 - $120,100 (Atlanta area base, plus bonus, benefits, and possible equity).

What you will do

• Analyze benefits data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Monitor operations, conduct audits, partner with vendors to resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Handle compliance reporting (5500s, ACA, etc.), track legislative changes, and update policies.
• Coordinate leave of absence programs, calculate pay, and support employee inquiries and onboarding.
• Manage communications calendar, deploy employee engagement events, and develop portal content for self-service.
• Provide vendor administrative support including invoice management and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in benefits administration and analysis with progressive responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state benefits regulations.
• Proficiency in benefits software, HRIS, and data tools like Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to have

• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
• ServiceNow experience.
• High tech industry experience.
