Senior Benefits Analyst: Support day-to-day management of ’s core benefits and wellbeing programs, primarily US-focused with global support as needed, with an accent on analytics, operations, compliance, and employee engagement. Focus on analyzing benefits data for insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing processes, and enhancing employee experience through communications and support.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Periodic travel to San Francisco HQ.
Salary: $89,800 - $120,100 (Atlanta area base, plus bonus, benefits, and possible equity).

What you will do
- Analyze benefits data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Monitor operations, conduct audits, partner with vendors to resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Handle compliance reporting (5500s, ACA, etc.), track legislative changes, and update policies.
- Coordinate leave of absence programs, calculate pay, and support employee inquiries and onboarding.
- Manage communications calendar, deploy employee engagement events, and develop portal content for self-service.
- Provide vendor administrative support including invoice management and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in benefits administration and analysis with progressive responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state benefits regulations.
- Proficiency in benefits software, HRIS, and data tools like Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice to have
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
- ServiceNow experience.
- High tech industry experience.
