Salary: $55.7K – $99.5K base + bonus

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Handle day-to-day client questions and enrollment inquiries with service lead.
• Prepare and distribute compliance deliverables like 5500s, SPD wraps, and ACA notices.
• Manage escalated client issues and enrollment processing.
• Coordinate client technology solutions and update systems for carriers and contacts.
• Prepare client communications and perform general administration tasks.
• Occasionally attend renewal meetings and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of benefits experience required
• Solid communication skills: written, public speaking, presentation.
• Excellent customer service in virtual settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn technology systems.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Resident Department of Insurance Life License (required or within 3 months)
