TL;DR

Senior HRIS Analyst (UKG/ATS): Own and optimize core HR systems as the source of truth for employee and recruiting data with an accent on configuration, workflows, integrations, and data integrity. Focus on implementing automation, leveraging AI for insights, building reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements for scalability and efficiency.

What you will do

  • Own HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG), managing configuration, security, workflows, updates, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance systems and roll out processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI/tools to streamline onboarding, data updates, and workflows.
  • Establish data governance, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.
  • Build HR reports (EEO-1, metrics), dashboards for workforce trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Design dashboards for leadership visibility into key metrics to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG strongly preferred; Workday, UltiPro, Paycor similar).
  • Experience with workflow automation, integrations, process optimization, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools for reporting, automation, or improvement.
  • Advanced analytics or data visualization tools.
  • Work in high-growth or multi-entity organizations.
