Salary: $55.7K – $99.5K base + bonus

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day client questions, enrollment inquiries, and escalated issues with service team guidance.
• Prepare and distribute compliance deliverables like 5500s, SPD wraps, annual notices, and ACA forms.
• Manage enrollment processing, eligibility research, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate client technology solutions, fee billing, carrier transitions, and contact updates.
• Prepare client communications, open enrollment materials, and coordinate health fairs.
• Perform general administration, data entry, outsourcing tasks, and back-up for Client Managers.

Requirements

• Solid communication skills: written, public speaking, and presentation preparation.
• Excellent customer service in virtual settings.
• Minimum 2 years of benefits experience at a brokerage preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adopt technology systems.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
• CA Department of Insurance Life License required (or obtain within 3 months).
