What you will do

• Define and champion architectural best practices for modular, maintainable services aligned with business needs.
• Lead transition from monoliths to distributed systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Shape technical roadmap and drive decisions on service design, data flow, and system interactions.
• Dive into technical challenges, collaborating to solve complex problems and ensure high-quality implementations.

• Collaborate across teams to support business needs without unnecessary complexity.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience designing and evolving high-scale distributed systems
• Strong architectural leadership driving major initiatives across teams
• Expertise in modular systems and breaking down monoliths into services
• Mastery of cloud environments (AWS preferred) and reliable, scalable systems
• Experience designing APIs, service boundaries, and distributed patterns (REST, gRPC, event-driven)
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
