What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical roadmaps and prioritize technology projects for games and engine.
• Manage resource allocation, development schedules, and AI-driven workflows to optimize efficiency.
• Promote high standards through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship.
• Build and lead development culture, mentor technical leads, and drive recruitment/retention.
• Align technical strategy with creative vision and evolve engine technology for long-term portfolio.
• Manage 3rd party relationships and oversee training budget.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong engineering background as full-stack or backend developer with architecture knowledge.
• Experience bridging product and engineering, agile fluency.
• Proactive mindset toward AI workflows.
• Enthusiasm for games; degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
