What you will do

• Architect automated tools and frameworks to track progress across multiple DFT projects and designs.
• Manage large-scale regression runs, analyze DFT metrics and trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop Python infrastructure for workflow automation, dashboards, and visualization.
• Establish standardized methodologies and best practices for DFT execution organization-wide.
• Collaborate with DFT engineers to address pain points and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Mentor teams on tool adoption and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related with 5-10 years experience, or Master's/PhD with 5-8 years.
• Strong DFT background with 5+ years in custom chip design, including SCAN, MBIST, validation, STA, IP-DFX.
• Proficiency in Python for tool development, data analysis, and automation.
• Strong Unix/Linux skills: shell scripting (csh, bash), make, sed, awk, system administration.
• Experience with data analysis, visualization, dashboard creation, regression management, DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
