What you will do

• Define system architectures and system-level engineering for spacecraft, subsystems, or work packages spanning space and ground segments.
• Translate customer requirements into technical deliverables, manage requirements, interfaces, and verification.
• Perform modeling, mission analysis, trade studies, risk assessments, and performance analysis.
• Drive subsystem integration, interface management, and reliability practices like RAMS and FMECA.
• Support LEOP, commissioning, operations, bids, proposals, integration, and test campaigns.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical interface for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• 4+ years in systems engineering, spacecraft development, or technical leadership.
• Proven delivery of subsystems, work packages, or verification in missions.
• Experience with mission analysis, modeling, budgets, simulation (Matlab, Python, STK).
• Expertise in model-based systems engineering, requirements management, V&V, integration, test planning.
• Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, risk assessment, communication.
• Flexibility for multi-program environment.

• Reliability analysis / RAMS, FDIR / FMECA.
• Ground systems and operations.
