What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and TA Operations professionals while setting high standards for performance and candidate experience
- Own full-cycle recruiting strategy, scaling the organization across technical disciplines, functions, and geographies
- Design and improve interview processes, sourcing strategies, and closing approaches for competitive technical roles
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools and custom sourcing methodologies, sharing best practices with C-suite
- Manage recruiting metrics infrastructure to track pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire
- Advise senior leadership on talent trends, hiring forecasts, and team-building strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years building and leading high-performing TA teams in fast-growing companies
- Demonstrated success in developing recruiter capabilities and raising standards on sourcing, candidate quality, and performance
- Deep technical recruiting expertise in AI/ML, Software Engineering, and/or Scientific research
- Proven ability to scale recruiting functions across disciplines, geographies, and role types
- Track record of building AI-powered tools and custom sourcing methodologies
- Strong command of recruiting metrics to inform team priorities and strategy
- Experience advising leadership on talent strategy and building world-class teams
Nice to have
- Experience scaling TA functions from early stage through significant growth
- Familiarity with talent landscape in AI, biotech, or deep tech
- Experience recruiting internationally or building multi-region pipelines
