What you will do
- Act as the central point of contact and proactive advisor for sales teams to strengthen partner relationships.
- Design and deliver sales enablement trainings to equip sales teams with partner knowledge and strategies.
- Execute pipeline generation strategies and lead portfolio screenings to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through cold calls (60–80/day), emails, and social outreach.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, CX, and Partner Sales Management to ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyze prospect business needs to provide strategic feedback and ensure a clean, active pipeline.
Requirements
- Native-level German and fluent English proficiency.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, Project Management, or Partnerships.
- Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound engagement and cold calling.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and ambitious to grow within a fast-scaling team.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, or Notion.
- Background in Partnerships or Sales specifically within a SaaS or digital environment.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful outbound campaigns.
