What you will do
- Monitor and manage People Team Jira queue: triage, categorize, resolve inquiries, and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding: schedule sessions, initiate background checks, distribute contracts, set up profiles in Workday, Deel, and ADP.
- Build and optimize processes and SOPs for scalability in employee-facing operations.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to automate ticket handling and reduce manual work.
- Handle offboarding: process requests and ensure complete documentation.
- Support payroll with monthly reports on changes across systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Contribute to knowledge base by documenting solutions for recurring issues.
Requirements
- 3-6 years in HR administration, People Operations, or similar support role
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented data management
- Experience with HR systems like Workday, ADP, or Jira (multiple systems a plus)
- Ability to build, test, and optimize robust processes
- Proficiency in using AI to augment workflows, automate processes, and analyze data
- Excellent problem-solving and service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
