Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end transformation, modernization, and redesign of major brand websites.
• Oversee CMS platform strategy, selection, and the management of agency and vendor partners.
• Continuously evolve the digital marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, CDP, and automation tools.
• Manage digital roadmaps, budgets, and governance models to ensure scalability across multiple brands.
• Drive data-informed optimization using analytics, experimentation, and CRO methodologies.
• Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary digital team across SEO/SEM, e-commerce, and AI-enabled marketing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or website platform leadership within enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale website redesigns or replatforming initiatives.
• Deep understanding of website architecture, UX/UI best practices, SEO, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong expertise in martech stacks, including component-based or headless CMS and CDP integrations.
• Experience managing agency relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Deerfield, IL campus (Hybrid).
