What you will do

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Product Managers.
• Define and execute multi-year product roadmaps for customer journeys focused on financial progress.
• Partner with senior management across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and AI/CX teams for integrated features.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Identify issues in complex situations and provide strategic direction.
• Communicate roadmap progress and business value to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, 5+ years in leadership (Director level or above), ideally in fintech or consumer tech
• Track record managing complex customer journeys and consolidating product visions.
• Success in hiring, mentoring, and up-leveling Product Managers.
• Strong use of data, A/B testing, and metrics for iterations.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience leading team through methodology or structure shifts.
• Understanding of credit-builder consumer challenges and social impact passion.
• Experience in rapidly scaling product organizations.
