What you will do
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Product Managers.
- Define and execute multi-year product roadmaps for customer journeys focused on financial progress.
- Partner with senior management across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and AI/CX teams for integrated features.
- Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Identify issues in complex situations and provide strategic direction.
- Communicate roadmap progress and business value to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, 5+ years in leadership (Director level or above), ideally in fintech or consumer tech
- Track record managing complex customer journeys and consolidating product visions.
- Success in hiring, mentoring, and up-leveling Product Managers.
- Strong use of data, A/B testing, and metrics for iterations.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience leading team through methodology or structure shifts.
- Understanding of credit-builder consumer challenges and social impact passion.
- Experience in rapidly scaling product organizations.
