What you will do
- Define and lead end-to-end marketing platform strategy, aligning Brand & Marketing priorities with enterprise technology roadmaps for scalable solutions.
- Serve as executive leader for MarTech ecosystems, shaping vision, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery in partnership with ETX, Data, Marketing, and vendors.
- Provide oversight of marketing technology portfolio to ensure investments deliver measurable value.
- Drive cross-channel digital experiences and customer/advisor journeys, improving usability and adoption, especially for field advisors.
- Increase platform adoption and ROI through user education, enablement, and storytelling.
- Refine governance, operating models, and processes for intake, prioritization, rollout, and optimization; lead and develop a team of product and operations leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing technology (MarTech), digital platforms, or product/portfolio leadership.
- 7+ years of leadership experience, including leading and developing teams.
- Experience leading large-scale marketing technology, digital, or platform transformations from strategy through delivery.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into platform requirements, use cases, and roadmaps with technology organizations.
- Experience establishing governance, operating models, and processes for enterprise platforms.
