What you will do

  • Define and lead end-to-end marketing platform strategy, aligning Brand & Marketing priorities with enterprise technology roadmaps for scalable solutions.
  • Serve as executive leader for MarTech ecosystems, shaping vision, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery in partnership with ETX, Data, Marketing, and vendors.
  • Provide oversight of marketing technology portfolio to ensure investments deliver measurable value.
  • Drive cross-channel digital experiences and customer/advisor journeys, improving usability and adoption, especially for field advisors.
  • Increase platform adoption and ROI through user education, enablement, and storytelling.
  • Refine governance, operating models, and processes for intake, prioritization, rollout, and optimization; lead and develop a team of product and operations leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing technology (MarTech), digital platforms, or product/portfolio leadership.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience, including leading and developing teams.
  • Experience leading large-scale marketing technology, digital, or platform transformations from strategy through delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into platform requirements, use cases, and roadmaps with technology organizations.
  • Experience establishing governance, operating models, and processes for enterprise platforms.
