NPD Sourcing Project Manager

Salary: $90,000 USD - $105,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate supply chain stage-gate deliverables and update project teams on statuses.
• Monitor NPD milestones for quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Ensure design compatibility with supplier capabilities through reviews and assessments.
• Negotiate with suppliers, solve problems, and build positive relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams in solving supply base issues.
• Engage suppliers in early involvement for specifications, manufacturability reviews, and part validation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work-related experience
• Minimum 2 years in cross-functional supply/new product development team
• 3 years manufacturing sourcing experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu.

Nice to have

• Experience in stage-gate project management in global manufacturing.
• NPD project management experience.
• Experience in major ERP environment like SAP or Oracle.
