What you will do

• Own the roadmap for customs and export control projects, focusing on scaling the substitution duty-drawback program.
• Lead requirements gathering and technical-to-business mapping to align trade data with system capabilities.
• Coordinate between Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Legal teams, facilitating meetings and driving alignment.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and documentation for all workstreams.
• Create test cases, coordinate system testing for data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and present status updates and strategic presentations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex projects; at least 2 years with Customs regulations.
• Prior experience with Duty Drawback programs highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in International Trade or Supply Chain.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex trade concepts.
