What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and track orders from entry to shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to achieve on-time shipment.
• Review customer Purchase Orders and resolve commercial and technical issues.
• Facilitate engineering handoff meetings and manage the submittal and release process.
• Collaborate with engineering, quotations, and sales to manage change orders.
• Prepare and deliver cost proposals to clients for order revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management or a similar position.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
