What you will do

• Lead NPI projects from concept through prototyping and pilot builds into high-volume production.
• Develop and control detailed project plans, including WBS, schedules, costs, and risk registries.
• Identify project risks and develop actionable mitigation plans to enable timely decision-making.
• Partner with DFx teams to resolve issues regarding compliance, safety, quality, and manufacturing costs.
• Oversee prototype builds and manage the transfer of products to Contract Manufacturing partners.
• Deliver concise project updates to stakeholders and lead phase-gate readiness reviews.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering; MS or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
• Expertise in Project Management; PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in risk management, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in systematic root-cause analysis.
• Must be local to San Jose, CA; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor and/or ATE industry.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global product family.
• Formal training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
