What you will do
- Act as initial point of contact for aligned territory accounts, ensuring regular engagement and upskilling on new vendors and offerings.
- Contribute to hub and service desk processes for timely onboarding, issue resolution, and customer success.
- Promote customer success methodologies to partners and serve as Voice of the Partner by relaying feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with team to share best practices, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth and retention.
- Lead delivery of platform adoption as part of value proposition.
Requirements
- Native in German and excellent written English
- Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Sales skills with customer focus
- 1-2 years experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer success
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments as a self-starter and team player
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, IaaS, or general cloud technology
