What you will do
- Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new locations.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships, positioning as trusted partner with measurable ROI.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, leading Executive Business Reviews.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and internal teams for growth and roadmap influence.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS experience in Sales or Account Management with proven quota exceedance.
- Experience in upsell, account expansion forecasting, and growth-centric planning.
- Success driving expansion through location or subsidiary acquisition.
- Track record of proactive outbound prospecting and engagement.
- Experience with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Ability to use data, customer stories, and value to engage senior executives.
- Curious, strategic mindset for customized growth insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity in fast-growing organization.
