TL;DR

Location: On-site in Essex, United Kingdom with opportunity to balance some remote working with office time.

What you will do

  • Identify and approach businesses needing international payments/FX via outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, conduct discovery meetings, and demo products.
  • Manage full sales cycle: proposals, negotiations, closing, KYC, and onboarding.
  • Drive client activation to first transaction and Active Trading Client status.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for FX, cards, and platform services; refer internally.
  • Handover activated clients to dealing team; re-engage dormant accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in sales or business development.
  • Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication to engage senior decision-makers; handle full sales cycle.
  • Fast-paced, target-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Organisational skills for CRM and activity tracking.
  • Basic understanding of international payments/FX (or quick learner).
  • Compliance adherence and process following.

  • Experience in FX, payments, or fintech.
  • High-volume outbound/telesales.
  • SME/corporate client engagement.
  • FX markets knowledge, KYC/AML, Salesforce.
