Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager
• Advanced English level (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of BA methodology (PBI or IIBA standards) and tools (user stories, traceability)
• Proficiency in requirements management tools, data modeling, and project management software
• Experience in SDLC and IT systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
