What you will do

• Analyze and decompose product requirements for trading-related features.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis of CEX, DEX, and other trading platforms.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including PRDs, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop user flows and business logic diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend/frontend engineers, QA, and design teams.
• Lead knowledge transfer through grooming, refinement sessions, and clarifying edge cases during development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Middle BA or 4+ years as a Senior BA.
• Solid understanding of trading basics: spot, futures, order types (market, limit, stop), PnL, and fees.
• Basic understanding of liquidity and matching engines.
• Strong experience in writing clear, structured technical documentation.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Proven experience working directly with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of CEX architecture, including accounts, balances, orders, and ledgers.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
