hirify.global builds an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform to help banks and fintechs manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk.

What you will do

  • Execute the global consulting partnerships strategy and manage VC relationships as a secondary growth channel.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, and advisory partners.
  • Define and enforce engagement models including referral, co-sell, and re-sell programs.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, influencing deal strategy across RFPs and transformation programs.
  • Develop partner enablement materials, messaging, and use cases.
  • Represent the company in executive briefings, partner meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, consulting alliances, or advisory-led GTM roles.
  • Direct experience working with or within consulting firms such as the Big 4, regional, or boutique agencies.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue.
  • Experience working within enterprise sales environments and complex deal cycles.
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Partners and Managing Directors.
  • Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US-specific health benefits).

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech, banking, payments, fraud, AML, or risk/compliance technology.
  • Experience engaging with venture capital firms or portfolio-driven GTM strategies.
  • Experience supporting international or regional expansion efforts.
