$146,000 - $182,000 + bonus + equity + benefits (ranges for Colorado, California, New York).

What you will do

  • Act as strategic domain authority for multi-billion dollar deals, designing complex structures and expansion roadmaps with account executives.
  • Guide clients through workflow modernization, demonstrating AI-powered insights and platform migrations for vertically integrated ecosystems.
  • Conduct executive discovery to map business inefficiencies to technical visions incorporating AI, data lakehouses, and integrations.
  • Build tailored demo environments and run proof-of-concepts with client data ingestion.
  • Lead technical reviews and expansions for enterprise accounts to drive incremental ARR.
  • Manage technical sales cycle elements like RFPs/RFIs and coordinate with product/engineering teams.
  • Mentor team, refine sales playbooks, and establish demo standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, closing highest-revenue deals and navigating global enterprise procurement.
  • Deep fluency in AI-driven software, modern data ecosystems, and financial workflows; ability to pitch to C-suite and champion AI-first approaches.
  • Experience leading high-stakes technical engagements and executive reviews.
  • Strong architectural mindset for integrating into multi-vendor legacy systems.
  • Knowledge of wealth management industry trends and asset classes.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; CFA, CFP, or Master’s a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel 10-20% on short notice.
