What you will do

• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers from onboarding to production deployment.
• Design and implement integrations using Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
• Build API and data workflows using REST, webhooks, and custom Python scripts.
• Provide prescriptive guidance on Fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and Credit Underwriting.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
• Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito) and data infrastructure tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
