What you will do

• Own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive technical implementation using API integrations, SQL queries, and Python scripting.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and develop detailed account success plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer priorities and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in TAM, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering within SaaS or Fintech.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and API integrations.
• Experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in the US (eligibility for 401k and US health insurance).
• Fluent English communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud management, AML, or compliance domains.
• Familiarity with AI/ML SaaS products.
• Background working in fast-paced startup environments.
