TL;DR

ABM & Enterprise Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving revenue growth across high-value enterprise accounts through multi-channel account-based campaigns with an accent on pipeline acceleration and strategic account penetration. Focus on designing and executing 1:1 and 1:few plays, managing executive events, and optimizing outbound workflows for C-level engagement.

What you will do

  • Execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Design and launch multi-channel activation plays across email, direct mail, events, and webinars.
  • Partner with BDRs and AEs to build account penetration strategies and account-specific marketing plans.
  • Develop account intelligence using research, intent signals, and relationship mapping.
  • Lead end-to-end webinar programs and executive field events, including roundtables and dinners.
  • Iterate on campaigns by analyzing performance and optimizing for measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2–3 years specifically focused on ABM or enterprise marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through account-based campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound email, direct mail, events, and webinar execution.
  • Deep understanding of long sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes.
  • Ability to engage credibly with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US health insurance).

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Sendoso, or similar tools.
  • Experience running high-touch executive events or field programs.
  • Background working in companies in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase.
