What you will do

• Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, co-marketing campaigns, and lead-generation programs.
• Build a predictable pipeline of joint opportunities to drive partner-sourced revenue.
• Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal GTM and practice teams.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular updates on partner performance and ROI to senior leadership.
• Facilitate partner training programs to ensure alignment with services, products, and solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in partnership management within IT or Data and Analytics services.
• Knowledge and active connections with cloud providers in the EMEA region (Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks, etc.).
• Proven track record of building partnerships to drive revenue and business growth.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Visualization, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field.

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
