Associate Sales Lead

TL;DR

Associate Sales Lead (AWS Generative AI): Own the full sales cycle for cloud architecture solutions and AI projects across industries with an accent on diagnosing technical challenges and advising optimal solutions. Location: Remote and flexible (must be within one hour of Seattle, New York or Arlington AWS hubs); eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; up to 25% travel for clients and events.

What you will do

• Own full sales cycle post-prospecting: discovery, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, account management.
• Build long-term relationships with AWS stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scopes and ensure solution delivery.
• Represent at industry events to boost visibility and network.
• Work with sales leads, engineers, PMs for project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, CS, Business or related; MS/PhD a plus
• 3+ years technical experience in engineering, AI/ML, data science, product management, solution architecture, sales engineering OR in healthcare/life sciences
• Proven customer-facing track record in tech
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in data/infrastructure
• Strong organization for managing diverse projects
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
