Luxury Sales Manager: Represent and sell luxury hardware House of Rohl portfolio (Emtek and Schaub) to showrooms, builders, architects, and design community with an accent on building relationships and territory growth. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales goals, and ensuring brand excellence across customer touchpoints.

Location: Remote position based in Utah, United States, with territory coverage across the state and focus on Salt Lake City region. Requires overnight travel approximately 2 days per month.

Salary: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as trusted representative for House of Rohl hardware (Emtek and Schaub), managing sales across assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with showroom personnel, management, and ownership to support sales, displays, and training
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in luxury showrooms, trade network, dealers, builders, and distributors
  • Engage specification community including architects, designers, builders, and hospitality clients to promote products
  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Management, Marketing) to address territory needs
  • Ensure brand standards in showroom displays and customer interactions; share market insights for business development
  • Contribute to sales targets and annual performance goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of sales experience selling decorative hardware, plumbing fixtures, or related building materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, analyze market trends, and develop strategic responses
  • Flexible, adaptable, capable of non-standard hours; valid driver’s license
  • Ability to support product display installation and showroom updates

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience with luxury showrooms and customers (designers, architects, builders, high-end dealers)
  • Familiarity with specification community (architects, designers)
