What you will do

• Administer the Cornerstone LMS, managing learning items, curricula, and user assignments.
• Support learner enrollments, track completions, and generate training reports.
• Coordinate the purchasing process and invoice management for external training providers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system data issues in collaboration with internal IT or vendors.
• Manage licenses for digital language learning offerings.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a comparable field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or learning administration.
• Basic experience with LMS platforms; Cornerstone experience is a strong plus.
• Strong English language skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with international stakeholders and external vendors.
