What you will do

  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, including contracts, annexes, and salary confirmations.
  • Manage employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor law.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including calculations of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Submit required documentation to tax and health insurance authorities (Tax Administration, RFHI, RFPIO).
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial workflows and support accounting tasks.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Serbian labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); experience with Pantheon is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Affinity for tooling, automation, and curiosity regarding AI workflows.
