What you will do

• Review travel expense reports in SAP Concur for compliance with Austrian/German tax and company rules
• Check receipts for hotel, transport, meals etc. for completeness and plausibility
• Clarify issues with travelers and internal contacts
• Cooperate closely with HR, Accounting, and Controlling teams in Austria, Germany, Hungary
• Document audits, correct reports, create reports and evaluations
• Support development of travel processes, guidelines, and digitalization projects

Requirements

• Very good German (at least B2+), good English skills (at least B1)
• Relevant experience in travel expense accounting (Austrian/German regulations advantage)
• Completed commercial education (Matura, vocational school or equivalent)
• Confident MS Office use, ideally SAP HCM experience
• Knowledge in accounting or payroll advantage
• Experience with SAP Concur advantage
• Accuracy, reliability, strong responsibility
