What you will do

• Support the HR team in reporting and data analyses.
• Prepare data selections based on requirements.
• Develop reports and presentation materials using data from various sources in clear formats.

Requirements

• University student status, availability for 20 hours per week
• Advanced Excel skills
• English – Upper intermediate (B2)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, passion for data
• Ability to manipulate large datasets and create reports/PowerPoint presentations
• Focus, reliability, confidentiality, can-do approach

Nice to have

• SAP ERP and reporting tools experience (Power BI, Tableau)
