Location: Remote (USA). Remote teammates must be able to travel at minimum twice per year to Nashville, TN, or other designated locations.
Salary: Base $120,000 – $140,000 USD per year + commission

What you will do
- Own and execute the full sales cycle for Enterprise prospects, from discovery to contract close.
- Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives across lending, operations, and technology.
- Conduct deep discovery to analyze portfolio composition and operational pain points of financial institutions.
- Quantify the platform's impact through ROI modeling and workflow analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align messaging and demo strategy.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle consultative enterprise sales or management consulting within banking, finance, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of lending, real estate finance, or construction lending.
- Demonstrated knowledge of back-office operations.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex buying processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness to travel as needed up to 25% of the year.
