What you will do
- Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise lender prospects, from discovery and business case development to contract close.
- Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across lending, operations, and technology.
- Run rigorous discovery to understand portfolio composition, draw-administration processes, and operational pain points.
- Quantify impact using ROI modeling and workflow analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success on messaging, demo strategy, and post-sale delivery.
- Build and manage pipeline with accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene; represent Built at conferences and client events.
Requirements
- Location: Remote in the USA
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle consultative enterprise sales or management consulting in banking, finance, or capital markets.
- Strong understanding of lending, real estate finance, or construction lending.
- Demonstrated knowledge of back-office operations.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex buying processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year; Bachelor’s degree required.
