TL;DR

Account Director (IT Services): Create and execute account management plans, pitch value propositions, and drive upsell opportunities with enterprise customers with an accent on strategic partnerships and revenue forecasting. Focus on qualifying leads, leveraging delivery teams, and building joint go-to-market initiatives.

Location: Europe. "Office as an option" model - choose remote or office work.

What you will do

  • Create and execute Account Management Plans for strategic direction with customers.
  • Pitch hirify.global value proposition to generate demand for services.
  • Leverage delivery teams for upsell, change requests, and extensions.
  • Build strategic partnerships and co-develop go-to-market initiatives.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities aligned with account strategy.
  • Monitor and forecast channel-driven revenue to meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience selling IT services and custom solutions to enterprise IT and business customers.
  • Fluency in modern IT/business trends including AI, data science, digitization.
  • Deep understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, enterprise IT ecosystem.
  • Experience with international enterprise corporate customers.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Great communication skills and ability to explain business value of technology.
