Salary: $132,300 – $207,900

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a territory of top US mortgage lenders to drive adoption of hirify.global’s direct license program.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced mortgage analytics including hirify.global Score 10T and Ultrahirify.global.
  • Execute executive-level presentations and consultations to demonstrate ROI and competitive advantages.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue via cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding for new mortgage originators and monitor adoption against established KPMs.
  • Collaborate within a matrix organization to leverage experts in credit risk and origination operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, software, data, or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of executive-level engagement and consultative selling in the mortgage ecosystem.
  • Experience developing account plans and driving revenue growth in matrixed environments.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication capabilities.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings and industry conferences.
