What you will do

  • Manage and develop a territory of top US mortgage lenders to drive adoption of hirify.global’s direct license program.
  • Promote mortgage analytics tools including hirify.global Score 10T, Ultrahirify.global, and FSMS.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations and consultations to demonstrate ROI and competitive advantages.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new mortgage originators and establish success metrics.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to relay strategic insights to the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, software, data, or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of executive-level engagement and consultative selling in the mortgage ecosystem.
  • Experience developing account plans and driving revenue growth in matrixed environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings and industry events.
