Salary: $105,000 - $126,000 a year

What you will do

• Serve as primary People Business Partner for E&E Vancouver Studio, supporting leaders across multiple teams.
• Coach senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Lead talent and performance initiatives including calibration, development, and succession planning.
• Own performance management, compensation reviews, and employee terminations with compliance focus.
• Drive change management, risk mitigation, and people projects at studio and E&E-wide scale.
• Oversee local benefits, HRIS processes, and collaborate with COEs for seamless employee experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years progressive HR / People Business Partner experience, ideally in tech or high-growth orgs
• Proven track record as strategic advisor to senior leaders in fast-moving environments
• Deep expertise in performance management, talent development, compensation, employee relations, compliance
• Skilled in influencing without authority and clear communication across levels
• Experience with Workday, Jira, Monday.com, CultureAmp
• Comfortable with hands-on execution and strategic work
