What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and day-to-day people decisions.
  • Translate business goals into actions for hiring, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Handle employee relations and performance conversations with practical judgment.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, headcount tracking, and people data analysis with Finance and HR.
  • Support talent initiatives like onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and learning programs.
  • Analyze people data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and improvements across geographies.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work in United States.
  • Experience in HR generalist or HRBP role in fast-moving environment.
  • Solid knowledge of core HR areas: employee relations, performance management, talent processes.
  • Ability to provide practical, business-aligned advice to managers.
  • Strong problem-solving in ambiguity and clear communication for sensitive matters.
