Compensation: 80,000 – 115,000 CAD + Bonus

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals
• Serve as trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
• Lead HR programs including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
• Diagnose organizational health using data, engagement trends, retention risks, and compensation insights
• Design scalable people frameworks and processes to support growth and new initiatives
• Coach leaders to build engaged teams and manage performance and careers
• Drive global HR initiatives and collaborate with HR centers of excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, specialized education or training in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, global technology organizations
• 4+ years building and scaling HR models, frameworks, and people processes
• 4+ years advising senior leaders on organizational design and change management
• 4+ years leveraging data and analytics for people metrics and organizational diagnostics
• 4+ years assessing, attracting, and developing top talent, including performance frameworks
• 4+ years working across multiple time zones with distributed, hybrid, global teams
• 4+ years managing complex HR programs and handling employee relations and compliance
