TL;DR
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP): Aligning people strategy with business objectives for designated stakeholder groups with an accent on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Location: Canada, West Coast, Remote
Compensation: 80,000 – 115,000 CAD + Bonus

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals
- Serve as trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
- Lead HR programs including performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Diagnose organizational health using data, engagement trends, retention risks, and compensation insights
- Design scalable people frameworks and processes to support growth and new initiatives
- Coach leaders to build engaged teams and manage performance and careers
- Drive global HR initiatives and collaborate with HR centers of excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, specialized education or training in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, global technology organizations
- 4+ years building and scaling HR models, frameworks, and people processes
- 4+ years advising senior leaders on organizational design and change management
- 4+ years leveraging data and analytics for people metrics and organizational diagnostics
- 4+ years assessing, attracting, and developing top talent, including performance frameworks
- 4+ years working across multiple time zones with distributed, hybrid, global teams
- 4+ years managing complex HR programs and handling employee relations and compliance
